1. IN-PERSON DROP OFF
- Wait until you have all your documents
- Place all your documents in a single large envelope
- Write your name, preferred telephone number and email address on the front of the envelope
- Proceed to our offices between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm and drop off at reception or place your envelope in our outdoor secure mail drop box next to the front door at any time
- Our staff will begin preparing your tax return in the order received
The staff member preparing your return will contact you (telephone or email) when they start it, to review with you.
Try to avoid calling to get an update – we will contact you before your return is reviewed and finalized.
2. EMAIL ALL DOCUMENTS
- Wait until you have all your documents
- Email all documents in PDF format in one bulk email as opposed to one slip at a time
- Our staff will begin preparing your tax return in the order received

3SIGNING & REVIEW
When your return is finalized, you will receive three (3) emails:
1. PDF copy of your return (please review it carefully and call the preparer if you have questions)
2. T183 efile form to be signed electronically through eZsign software
3. You will receive your invoice in the following few days
